Special Features: Yoga

Yoga is a great addition in the lives of toddlers.  Their curiosity for physical movement and the world around them is inspired by yoga poses that create awareness of their own bodies. Christyn's classes are often described as a movement, science, and music enrichment all rolled into one.  Preschoolers build strength, maintain flexibilty, and gain confidence as we travel through stories dealing with friendship, respect, and healthy habits.

Students gain confidence as they master more difficult poses while at the same time fostering their ability to find a place of calm and peace more readily.  Each class includes a warm-up to bring awareness to anatomy, calming breath techniques, strength and balance building poses, all woven into a musical “Imagination Vacation”.
